PASCO CUP – SEASON 4

The “A” Bracket championship was cut short but will be completed on the first week of  next season. At half, GCP leads the Irrelevants 14-7.

The semi-finals featured two good match-ups. In the first game, GCP and the Rebels (defending Cup champs) were seperated by 6-points with a few minutes to play. The GCP defense stepped up and sealed the win with a late pick-six. GCP won 13-0.

In the other semi-final game, Hooters NPR and the Irrelevants were tied with less than a minute to go. Hooters NPR had driven across mid-field when Donald Handford picked off a pass at the goal-line and returned it 50 yards for the score. The pick-six sealed the 21-14 victory for the Irrelevants.

The “B” Bracket featured a match-up between two previous Pasco Cup winners. The defending Cup champs met River Ridge Golf Club in the finals. River Ridge held on to win their second Pasco Cup, 23-18 . River Ridge Golf Club is the first team to win two Pasco Cups.
